Make-A-Wish Iowa Foundation
Make-A-Wish Foundation is for children with life threatening diseases. Tina’s Dance Studio is holding a Holiday Spectacular for Iowa Make-a-Wish foundation. This is a Christmas recital at North Scott High School to raise money for children with life threatening diseases. One percent of the money raised goes to Iowa Children's Hospital for the children's wishes to come ture. They’ve been doing the recital for many years… A wish is granted about every 38 minutes for kids with a life-threatening disease. An average wish will cost about seven thousand five hundred dollars. As of 2016 many wishes can be up to ten thousand dollars. However wishes are not able to be granted to adults with a disease. According to Make-A-Wish America: Frequently Asked questions, they prove that all cost/expenses for the trip are covered by make-a-wish foundation… For example in the website Make-A-Wish Iowa, Cole asked for a shopping spree as his wish, the foundation got him a TV and other new electronics…..
